Goodwin has a long-standing tradition of providing educational opportunities for adult learners. Since 1892, Goodwin College has offered various educational options designed to meet the needs of its students. In 1989, The Association of Continuing Higher Education honored Goodwin College for more than 50 years of outstanding achievement in the field of adult education.


    Master of Science in Sport Management

    Designed to help sport administrators and managers understand the connections between nutrition, psychology, management skills and athletics at a level beyond baccalaureate education. As a graduate of the online Master's in Sport Management, you will serve as a leader in your chosen area of interest by incorporating various perspectives from your multidisciplinary training and applying them to current issues in sport and society.

    Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies

    The online Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies prepares students to move upward in the professional ranks of any sector: private, public or non-profit. Using courses and faculty from three Drexel University colleges: the College of Arts and Sciences, LeBow College of Business, and the Goodwin College of Professional Studies, the curriculum helps you gain expertise in five key areas of modern life: social science, critical thinking, creativity, communication and business. These essential concepts are integrated throughout the program.

    Bachelor of Science in Communications and Applied Technology

    A unique, multi-disciplinary program that helps develop skills in marketing, communications, technology and customer service. This program is ideal for students with an associate's degree in Liberal Arts, General Studies, Business or related discipline.

    Bachelor of Science in Computing and Security Technology

    A career-oriented Bachelor's degree program that combines a liberal studies and humanities curriculum with computing technology courses to prepare you for in-demand IT certifications from organizations such as CompTIA, CIW, Microsoft, Oracle, Sun, Cisco and RedHat. Ideal for IT professionals who want to complete their Bachelors', while receiving credit for professional training they have done.

    Bachelor of Science in General Studies with a minor in Business

    A multi-disciplinary program with a strong foundation in business — this bachelor's program combines a broadly based curriculum in humanities and liberal studies with a solid foundation for those who are looking to enter or advance into management and business.

    Bachelor of Science in General Studies - Individualized Studies

    The General Studies curriculum offers the option of creating an individualized concentration tailored to each student’s specific needs. In consultation with their academic advisor, students select a specialization within the concentration according to their interests and professional goals.

    Certificate in Retail Leadership

    The 6-course Certificate in Retail Leadership combines leadership, style, trends and strategy. The knowledge and skills acquired in this certificate can be applied across a variety of retail settings including fashion, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, online retail, and many others.

    Post-Bachelor's Certificate in Computing Security Technology

    The curriculum of this certificate program is designed to provide you with a deep understanding of security-related issues and technologies. It includes six required courses and two electives for a total of 8 courses (24 credits).
