Preparing the Next Generation of Higher Education Leaders

The Master’s of Science in Higher Education degree program provides students with a deep and intelligent understanding of higher education theory and administration. Students of the program become leaders in institutions of higher education, national and international education organizations, government agencies, and corporations. The program provides a strong foundation for career advancement, executive and senior-level positions, and future doctoral studies.

Students who complete Drexel Online’s Higher Education program will earn a Master’s Degree with a primary concentration in Higher Education Administration & Organizational Management. Students will also have the option to complete a secondary three-course concentration in one of the following areas: Enrollment Management; Institutional Research and Planning; Academic Development, Technology & Instruction; Student Development and Affairs; Community College Leadership and Administration; or Institutional Advancement. Students that do not choose to pursue a secondary concentration will instead select three education elective courses of their choice.
