DIRECTOR OF ENROLLMENT SERVICES

DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Department: Information Technology
The Director of Information Technology is responsible for managing Drexel Online’s eight person IT department and for managing Drexel Online’s information technology systems including Salesforce CRM, Ektron CMS, SQL Database, and Marketing Automation Systems. In addition to managing these systems, this individual is also responsible for working with other software and operational teams at the university to provide architectural recommendations to integrate and maintain compatibility with all university systems to meet user needs across various stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will be instrumental in Drexel Online’s ability to effectively market Drexel’s online degree programs to prospective students.
EMAIL CULTIVATION MANAGER
The Email Cultivation Manager will manage the entire campaign lifecycle CRM/Lead cultivation marketing. This includes briefs, planning, scheduling, design, development and coordination, as well as evaluation of current data in order to implement these campaigns. S/He will utilize their deep understanding of email clients and best practices to develop cultivation campaign, in concert with outbound and inbound callling strategies.
In addition to utilizing email lists for new acquisition campaigns, the Email Campaign Manager will work closely with the Enrollment Services group to develop segmented drip marketing campaigns to existing leads within the funnel, as well a multi-tiered strategy to different personas, stages and demographic targets.
The Marketing Analyst will assist with the day-to-day management of finance and accounting needs for the department. This includes responsibility for accounting, monthly reports, month-end reconciliation, forecasting, budgeting, and ROI reporting. The Marketing Analyst will also work with web analytics packages, CRM systems, and Marketing team members to assist in the creation of marketing strategies and tactics that produce measurable results. Act as marketing team finance subject matter expert.

The Media Manager will design, implement and optimize online and offline media campaigns focused on delivering the right message to the right student while generating efficient new student acquisition for Drexel University Online. S/He will support the marketing needs of our schools while developing and maintaining an overarching strategy for traditional marketing, email marketing, display advertising, SEM, and SEO.
Playing a strategic role, h/she will support our various business units (schools) while managing internal marketing resources to launch successful media campaigns. The Media Manager will be responsible for selecting and negotiating new agencies as well as managing all agency relationships. S/He will use data and analytics to identify new areas of opportunity to deploy new campaigns and/or modify existing tactics to optimize performance.
The Media Manager will be responsible for building media plans, executing/trafficking, optimizing and reporting on performance.
MANAGER OF COMMUNITY COLLEGE RELATIONS

The Manager of Community College Relations will be responsible for special projects/initiatives related to prospective student recruitment from local, regional and national community colleges.
STRATEGIC MARKETING MANAGER

The Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful promotion of schools and programs by providing sound, innovative, strategic leadership and initiatives to recruit students. This includes developing the strategy/roadmap for each school, prioritization of programs to achieve Drexel University Online business objectives, annual budgets/monthly forecasts, managing overall advertising strategy, managing the messaging and creative strategy, as well as orchestrating customer and competitive landscape research and analysis.
The Strategic Marketing Manager will be the advocate for their programs, and have deep understanding of all activities within their business units (schools). S/He will act as a liaison between the schools/clients (business development, etc.) and the internal marketing team and be responsible and accountable for the performance of his/her school programs.
