The Business Analyst and CRM Administrator 1 or 2 is responsible for providing Business Analysis and support for the Marketing and Business Development operations of DeL by maintaining and continuously improving the overall technical quality of DeL’s Salesforce.com implementation, related applications and their configurations. This includes system administration, business requirements analysis, 3rd party product evaluations and comparisons, and functional design of custom-developed applications. The individual in this role will possess and maintain expertise in the SaIesforce.com platform as it continues to evolve.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
The Business Development Associate manages assigned small to mid-sized partner accounts to increase account penetration as well as enrollments on a quarterly basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Manage Drexel eLearning’s health system, corporate, education, and association partner accounts with 1,000+ employees or members. • Develop and execute enrollment cultivation strategies for local, regional, and national partners.• Interface with senior level decision makers within assigned partners to increase account penetration to generate enrollments.• Deliver sales presentations to decision makers as well as employees within assigned customer base. • Coordinate visits and marketing activity to assigned partners monthly.• Build and maintain external client relationships.• Act as corporate liaison between assigned partners and Drexel e-Learning, Inc. (DeL).• Attend annual meetings, trade shows, conferences and on-site client visits to increase brand awareness within partner accounts.• Uncover and identify new business opportunities for partner educational initiatives.• Develop enrollment forecasts quarterly for assigned partner accounts.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications.• 2 to 3 years of professional account management and sales experience • Strong interpersonal skills • Outstanding presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Self starter • Relationship builder • Travel Required • Experience in education a plus Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

The Data Analyst provides Analysis, Data Management and Administration to support the Marketing and Business Development operations of Drexel eLearning, Inc. (DeL) by developing and maintaining deep and broad understanding of our data and improving our ability to use this data to inform both tactical and strategic decisions. Working with both business and technical staff and managers, the Data Analyst will work to enhance our representation of data about leads, campaigns, and financial costs. The Data Analyst will develop reports and dashboards using our Business Intelligence System.
In addition to improving the quality of DeL’s data, the Data Analyst will design and specify improvements to interfaces between databases and systems, including 3rd-party products and services. The Data Analyst will work with IT and Business stakeholders to evaluate and compare 3rd-party products and services and to design custom-developed applications. The individual in this role will possess, develop and maintain expertise in the SQL Server, SaIesforce.com tools and other data management, analysis and reporting tools.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
•1-3 years’ experience managing and manipulating data using Microsoft SQL Server.
•Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
•3-6 years’ experience managing and manipulating data using Microsoft SQL Server.
For level 1 or 2 position:
•Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.
•Demonstrated history of working with groups and teams.

VP of Marketing
The VP, Marketing leads a cross-functional marketing team charged with increasing consumer awareness and generating new student starts through data-driven marketing campaigns. This position manages 3 core functions within the organization: Product Strategy & Media, Marketing Analytics, and Creative Services. Operating as a shared service, these 3 teams support new student growth by working closely with Business Development, Enrollment Services and IT. In addition, the VP, Marketing works with the executive team to develop strategies and products that will create new revenue opportunities.
