Manager of Military and Veteran Outreach
Drexel University Online is seeking a motivated Manager of Military and Veteran Outreach Military to lead a small team to create and execute Drexel University Online's military veteran recruitment strategy. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with a diverse population of leads and applicants, and will be highly motivated to support departmental and company goals.
The Media Manager will design, implement and optimize online and offline media campaigns focused on delivering the right message to the right student while generating efficient new student acquisition for Drexel University Online. S/He will support the marketing needs of our schools while developing and maintaining an overarching strategy for traditional marketing, email marketing, display advertising, SEM, and SEO.
Playing a strategic role, h/she will support our various business units (schools) while managing internal marketing resources to launch successful media campaigns. The Media Manager will be responsible for selecting and negotiating new agencies as well as managing all agency relationships. S/He will use data and analytics to identify new areas of opportunity to deploy new campaigns and/or modify existing tactics to optimize performance.
The Media Manager will be responsible for building media plans, executing/trafficking, optimizing and reporting on performance. In addition, the Media Manager’s responsibilities will include the following:
Strategic Marketing Manager
The Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful promotion of schools and programs by providing sound, innovating, strategic leadership and initiatives to recruit students. This includes developing the strategy/roadmap for each school, prioritization of programs to achieve Drexel University Online business objectives, annual budgets/monthly forecasts, managing overall advertising strategy, managing the messaging and creative strategy, as well as orchestrating customer and competitive landscape research and analysis.
The Strategic Marketing manager will be the advocate for their programs, and have deep understanding of all activates within their business units (schools). S/He will act as a liaison between the schools/clients and the internal marketing team and be responsible and accountable for the performance of his/her school programs.
