Technology Professionals Enhance Their Skills While Taking Online Courses
Philadelphia, PA – May 10, 2007 - Drexel University Online, a pioneer in Internet-based education programs, launched an online certificate of advance study in information science and technology. The 24-credit certificate program is designed for professionals who would like to enhance their skills and develop new expertise within information sciences as well as other related fields.
The program consists eight courses, including an independent study, which integrates studies, field experiences, individual reading, and work experience. “Students in the program will learn career skills in all the aspects of information management,” said Dr. Kenneth Hartman, academic director of Drexel Online.
Like Drexel’s other online degree programs, this fully-accredited online degree in psychology is offered entirely online, and is intended for working professionals. Students will have 24/7 online access to class materials, group discussion, instructor feedback and exams.
