Your first line of technical support is always the eCollege Help Desk. This Help Desk provides support twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The Help Desk can answer questions and resolve problems of a technical nature only. For instance, if you are unable to post a contribution to a threaded discussion, then contact the Help Desk for assistance.
There are three ways to contact the Help Desk:
Your second line of support is the Technical Teaching Assistant assigned to your course. Questions or problems related to course design, procedures, or administration should be directed to your professor and/or the Technical Teaching Assistant. Each course is assigned a Technical Teaching Assistant.
