    Overview

    Drexel's accredited online Graduate Certificate in Real Estate seeks to produce professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills required to be successful, and who have a clear perspective on the issues in the real estate development process and the industry as a whole. Students develop the skills required to create, maintain, and build environments for living, working and entertainment purposes. Relevant issues include project finance, real estate as investments, design & construction, operations, development law, environmental remediation, public policy, market analysis, and architecture.

    Students wishing to complete this certificate in the context of a Master’s degree should consider the MS in Construction Management with a concentration in Real Estate.

    • A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution with a GPA of 3.0 or higher

    Tuition

    The tuition rate for the academic year 2014-2015 is $1123 per credit.

    This rate applies only to new online matriculated students. Students receiving special tuition plans with Drexel Online may not combine them with other tuition benefits that may be available from Drexel University.

    This program is not currently eligible for Federal Financial Aid, however, we offer tuition reduction through our network of partner companies and organizations, and for Drexel University alumni and those in the military.
