Drexel University is nationally ranked comprehensive research university. Building on its strengths in a variety of disciplines, including mathematics and the sciences, Drexel offers the Master's Degree in the Science of Instruction online. The program may be completed on a full or part-time basis.
This program is designed for Bachelors-prepared students with work and life experience that wish to qualify for state teaching certification while earning their Master's degree. Through reciprocity agreements among the states, graduates of this program can become certified to teach in almost any state in the nation.

Special Education is available as a second concentration option with four additional courses. Students must have a primary concentration (listed above) to continue onto the Special Education certification.
Students that wish to limit their studies to the minimum requirements for teaching certification and are not interested in pursuing a teaching master's degree should consider the Post-Bachelor's Teaching Certificate program Graduate Intern Teaching Certificate program, Instructional Technology Specialist Certification program, and Principal's Certification program.
