Admission to this program requires:
- A completed application for admission.
- Unofficial, final transcript indicating a bachelor's degree conferred from a regionally accredited institution.
- Essay: Please supply a short essay on why you are interested in Health Care Informatics and what you plan to do professionally with the education you gain in the Health Care Informatics Certificate Program.
