Admission to this program requires:
- A completed application for admission.
- Unofficial, Final transcript indicating a bachelor's degree conferred.
- Essay: Please supply a short essay on why you are interested in Healthcare Informatics and what you plan to do professionally with the education you gain in the Healthcare Informatics Certificate Program.
