The tuition rate for the academic year 2015-2016 is $1157 per credit.

This rate applies only to new online matriculated students. Students receiving special tuition plans with Drexel Online may not combine them with other tuition benefits that may be available from Drexel University.

    Credit For Previous Experience

Up to 3 courses (9 credits) can be transferred into a degree program or awarded as Credit for Work Experience. Students must complete 12 classes (36 credits) with Drexel in order to earn a Master's degree.

Transfer credit can be reviewed for during the application process or once you have already been accepted.

To get started, please fill out our Transfer Credit Form and submit the required materials.

    Work Experience

This could include creation and fulfillment of projects, maintenance and improvement of services, administrative duties, supervision of staff, and other intricate tasks often completed independently.

    • One course = approximately 2-4 years full-time work
    • Two courses = approximately 4-6 years full-time work
    • Three courses = approximately 6+ years full-time work

To get started, please fill out our Credit for Work Experience form and submit the required materials.

Students who are approved to receive credit for prior experience cannot receive a tuition discount for joining a professional organization that will, in sum, discount their total tuition more than 20%.
