Admissions Criteria
- A completed application form to the undergraduate nursing program.
- Current U.S. RN licensure (provisional acceptance will generally be offered pending successful completion of the NCLEX-RN examination). License verification from your nursing license registry website are acceptable.
- College GPA of 2.5 or above.
- High school degree or equivalency.
- Official transcripts from all universities or colleges attended (click here to use our Transcript Lookup Tool to assist you in contacting your previous institutions) showing that 60 semester hours of college prerequisites with grade of C or better were acquired in*:
- Nursing - 30 hours
- English (including one semester of composition) - 6 hours
- Humanities (studio courses not acceptable) - 3 hours
- Anatomy and Physiology - 8 hours
- Microbiology - 4 hours
- Sociology - 3 hours
- Growth and Development - 3 hours
- Psychology - 3 hours
- If you attended a Diploma School of Nursing and the school was affiliated with a college/university the official transcript must be submitted from the college.
