Quality education
I am really impressed with the program. I chose Drexel over all other online learning programs because of the prestige of Drexel University.
The Drexel online program is academically far more satisfying and enriching than my in-class experience - each student receives an equal measure of attention from the instructor. If you travel in your job, this is the only way to go.
I have found that all the online courses I have taken have worked very well for me. I know what is expected of me, what work needs to be done and the time frame in which it needs to be completed in advance.
I have loved the online courses. It has been very positive experience for me. I actually think one learns more with distance learning!

Online convenience
Taking online classes has given me the freedom to find time in my day to have my "class". I could not have taken the time off work or away from my family to complete my Master's course work. This has been a god-send. Thanks!
I love the online classes. It is so convenient for a person working full time.
I don't like having to come to campus and waste time in lectures that are often unnecessary for me. This gives me the opportunity to work at my own pace and involve myself in discussions that are meaningful and productive. This is also THE BEST class I have ever had as far as preparing me for my role as teacher.
I really enjoyed the flexibility of the online experience. The professor was extremely helpful and readily available... Also, my technology skills were improved.

Technology that works
I was very pleased and impressed with the technical team in their assistance. They even called me at home to ensure that any problems were resolved. I have had a very positive experience with Drexel e-Learning and plan to continue further studies using this medium.
The technical support is excellent and response to minor issues has been timely.
I have enjoyed taking this class and the blackboard interface was excellent to use. I especially like the use of the Voice Over IP feature.
I have taken online courses at University of Phoenix and I think you have a much better set-up! This feels like a real college course.
Accessibility is great and it's very user-friendly. It's a good way to express my ideas and view others opinions as well.
Interaction with faculty
Since I had never taken an online course my anxiety level was very high ... [but] it was totally resolved by the staff and instructors. They were very understanding and helpful. At no point in time did they make you feel intimidated and were always supportive.
I was wondering if I would be able to get in touch with my instructor when I needed to ... When I got in contact with her, she reassured me that everything would run OK, and it has, and I love it. While I have never taken an online course before, I have taken a hybrid course using Blackboard. In comparison ... this class is very organized and the expectations and directions are very clear. This is essential for an online course. The professor is also available and prompt in addressing concerns and answering questions which she does in a clear and helpful manner.
I have enjoyed this course to date, especially the videos which have been available for most units. It has been very informative having the rest of the class post comments which go into things more than just the book by means of giving up to date examples and insights. The instructor has done a fine job keeping up with the students comments and answers most if not all questions that have been asked on the message boards.
I find it very helpful when the professor sends emails out regarding participation (or lack of) in the discussions, when the articles are due, and reminders of important dates.
So far my experience with Internet courses has been very positive, and worthwhile. The two professors I have had so far both have been easy to get in touch with for any questions—something that I was worried about before starting these courses.
